- Residents shall inform the Management Two weeks in advance where there is transportation of building materials, equipment, machinery or any other bulky goods so that arrangement can be made for the use of lifts. These activities can only be allowed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and between the hours of 9:00 am and 12:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
- Contractors who wish to transport building materials, furniture/furnishings or any other bulky goods must use appropriate coverings for all the sides and floor of the lift car. Furniture, furnishing equipment or other common property shall not be damaged or removed from their location.
