  • Only residents above the age of 16 with valid Resident’s Proximity Access Card are permitted to book the barbecue pits. All reservations will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Bookings must be made in person two weeks in advance at the Management Office during office hours. Application form must be completed and together with the payment of a non-refundable booking fee of S$5.00 per session and a refundable deposit of S$50.00 are to be submitted to the Management Office.
  • Each apartment is entitled to book one session a month subject to availability of the barbecue pits.
  • Cancellation of bookings shall be made at least one day before the date booked. The booking fee of S$5.00 will be refunded upon cancellation. Residents who made proper cancellation may be permitted to book another date.
  • All bookings are not transferable.
  • There shall be a maximum of 30 guests at each barbecue area.
  • Residents must ensure that their guests comply with the rules and regulations contained herein.
  • Residents shall ensure that the barbecue area is cleaned and left in a tidy condition after use. Residents shall clean up the pit and remove all the articles and refuse immediately after the use of the pit.
  • All litter, waste food, etc. shall be properly disposed of into the refuse containers provided nearby.
  • No setting up of tents or camping overnight is permitted.
  • Portable radios and cassette players are allowed at the barbecue area provided the volume of the sound equipment is maintained at a reasonable level. The Management reserves the right to authorise; the removal of any of this equipment should it deem fit.
  • No live band or disco is permitted unless with written approval from the Management.
  • Entertainment activity is not allowed at the barbecue area.
  • Permission must be obtained from the Management prior to hiring
  • of additional tables and chairs to be used at the barbecue area.
  • The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage or loss sustained by residents and their guests, however caused during the use of these pits.
  • The Management in its absolute discretion reserves the right to reject any application and revoke any permit granted. The Management shall not be liable for any damages arising from the rejection of the application or revocation of the permit.
