Function Room


The function room is available for booking every day at the following time slots. Bookings carry a charge of S$10.00 (Ten Singapore Dollars) per barbeque pit per session. Sessions for booking of the pits are as follows:

Session I

Session II

10:00 am ~ 4:00 pm

5:00 pm ~ 11:00 pm

  • Charges paid are non-refundable.
  • Only residents with valid Resident’s Proximity Access Card are permitted to book the function room at the Management Office during office hours. Bookings will be accepted on a first-come-first- served basis.
  • Bookings must be made in person two weeks in advance at the Management Office during office hours. Application form must be completed, and together with the payment of the non-refundable charges and a refundable deposit of S$50.00 is to be submitted to the Management Office.
  • The deposit of S$50.00 is required when making a reservation to ensure that the premises used is left in a clean and satisfactory condition as determined by the Management. The cost of cleaning and addition charges, if any, will be deducted from the deposit and the balance, will be refunded to the resident who made the reservation. However, in the event that the cost of cleaning or repair to damages exceeds the deposited amount, the resident will have to pay for the difference.
  • Telephone bookings will not be entertained.
  • The resident who made the reservation will be held responsible for the cleanliness of the Function Room and its surroundings.
  • The Function Room can only be used for functions such as weddings, birthdays parties or any other social functions approved by the Management.
  • The Function Room is not to be used for commercial, religious, political, company gatherings or other illegal activities.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed to use the function room should not exceed 50 persons at any one time.
  • The applicant must ensure that the noise be maintained at a reasonable level. Noisy activities will not be allowed after 10:00 pm.
  • Decorations may be allowed but care must be exercised not to damage the walls and ceiling boards. All decorations must be removed after the function.
  • All tables, chairs or equipment brought into the Function Room for the approved function are to be removed from the Function Room on the same day.
  • No cooking is allowed and washing of cups, plates and other utensils are to be done only in the designated area.
  • Smoking is strictly not allowed in the Function Room.
  • All bookings are not transferable.
  • The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage or loss howsoever sustained by residents and their guest during the use of these facilities.
  • The resident shall keep the Management indemnified against all action claims and demands that may be brought or made against the Management by any person or persons on account of or attributable to the use of the Function Room.
  • The Management in its absolute discretion reserves the right to reject any application and revoke any permit granted. The Management shall not be liable for any damages arising from the rejection of the application or revocation of the permit.
