Karaoke Room


  • Booking of Karaoke Room for the following periods is at a charge of S$10.00 per session:
    • Mondays to Sundays & Public Holidays: 10.00 am to 11.00 p.m.
  • Booking of the Karaoke Room is divided into two sessions as follows:
    • Session I: 10:00 am to 4:00 p.m.
    • Session II: 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Only residents with valid Resident’s Proximity Access Card are permitted to book the Karaoke Room at the Management Office during office hours. Bookings will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • Bookings must be made in person two weeks in advance at the Management Office during office hours. Application form must be completed and together with the payment of the refundable deposit of S$50.00 are to be submitted to the Management Office.
  • A deposit of S$50.00 is required when making a reservation to ensure that the premises used is left in a clean and satisfactory condition as determined by the Management. The cost of cleaning and addition charges, if any, will be deducted from the deposit and the balance, will be refunded to the resident who made the reservation. However, in the event that the cost of cleaning or repair to damages exceeds the deposited amount, the resident will have to pay for the difference.
  • Telephone bookings will not be entertained.
  • The resident who made the reservation will be held responsible for the cleanliness of the karaoke room and its surroundings.
  • The Karaoke Room can only be used for functions such as birthday parties or any other social contests approved by the Management.
  • The Karaoke Room is not permitted to be used for commercial, religious, political, company gatherings or other illegal activities.
  • The maximum number of guests allowed to use the Karaoke Room should not exceed 20 at any one time.
  • All tables, chairs, equipment, furniture or decorations used for the approved function are to be removed from the Karaoke Room on the same day.
  • Smoking is strictly not allowed in the Karaoke Room.
  • All bookings are not transferable.
  • The Management will not be held responsible for any injuries, damage or loss howsoever sustained by residents and their guest during the use of these facilities.
  • The resident shall keep the Management indemnified against all action claims and demands that may be brought or made against the Management by any person or persons on account of or attributable to the use of the karaoke room.
  • The Management in its absolute discretion reserves the right to reject any application and revoke any permit granted. The Management shall not be liable for any damages arising from the rejection of the application or revocation of the permit.
