- The housing units are strictly used for private residential dwellings.
- Residents shall not use or permit his unit to be used for any purpose other than for residential dwellings unless otherwise approved by the competent authority under the Planning Act.
- The names and particulars of all occupants, contact number and other information required by the Management must be submitted by the subsidiary proprietor.
- Residents are advised to inform the Management Office if they are away on a short/long trip so that arrangement can be made for the security guards to carry out more patrolling around the vicinity to ensure that there would not be any breach of security.
