Building Structure


  • Residents shall not be allowed to do or keep in the condominium anything that may overload or impair the floors, walls or roofs thereof or cause an increase in insurance premium rates or the cancellation, invalidation or non-renewal of existing insurance policies.
  • Residents shall not deface and/or cause damage and/or use as a playground, the lifts, lift lobbies, common corridors, staircases, walls, pedestrian-ways in the front areas of the building and/or any other common property in the building.
  • Residents shall not mark, paint, drive nails or screws or otherwise damage or deface any structure that forms part of or adjoins the Common Property.
  • Residents shall not use the lobby or any other common area of the building for any private or public functions without prior written approval from the Management.
