- Bulk deliveries and house removal should be carried out during the following hours:
- Mondays to Sundays & Public Holidays: 10.00 am to 5.00 p.m.
- Residents are required to inform the Management of their schedules for such removals.
- All deliveries and removals must be reported at the security checkpoint prior to the work being carried out. Otherwise, the Management reserves the right to refuse entry of any unknown personnel for purposes that cannot be verified.
- All contractors and their workmen must report at the security check-point to obtain identification cards, and must wear their cards at all times.
- Workmen carrying out deliveries/removals should use only designated lifts and staircases so as not to inconvenience residents. Packing and crating materials must be disposed of and removed from the condominium by the residents on the same day that they are brought in.
- Residents are not allowed to tap water/electricity supply from the common areas.
- No unwanted materials, debris, etc should be left in the corridors, lift lobbies, fire escape staircases or any other common areas, falling which, they will be removed by the Management and the cost of such removal shall be charged to the resident concerned.
- Residents shall ensure that no damage is caused to any part of the common areas, common property or the building(s) during such removal. Any damage caused shall be rectified by the resident concerned at his own cost, forthwith upon receipt of notice to that effect from the Management.
- Residents shall be responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their appointed contractors while they are in the condominium.
