Proximity Access Cards


  • Each subsidiary proprietor will be issued with Resident’s Proximity Access Cards free of charge. Each apartment is issued with four (4) Resident’s Proximity Access Cards free of charge.
  • Resident’s Proximity Access Cards are used to gain entry into the estate by the side entrance and the main entrance. It also serves as an identity card for booking of recreational facilities.
  • Resident’s Proximity Access Cards are issued only to the subsidiary proprietors. For tenanted apartments, tenants are advised to collect the Resident’s Proximity Access Cards from the subsidiary proprietors.
  • The Management reserves the right to request for documentary evidence to prove that the applicant(s) is/are residing in the condominium before issuing the Resident’s Proximity Access cards.
  • Any addition or replacement of cards issued above the allowable number will be charged at S$20.00 per card (maximum of 2 cards). Units that require more than 2 cards (chargeable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and documentary evidence is required to prove that the, applicants are residing in the condominium.
  • To replace a lost card, a letter declaring the loss of the card is required. Please inform the Management Office of any lost cards. When an apartment is sold, all cards issued must be returned to the Management Office or handed over to the new owner, failing which a charge of S$20.00 per card is imposed for the application and payable by the new owner.
  • Only a valid Resident’s Proximity Access Card will entitle the resident to the use and booking of condominium facilities. Owners who have leased out their apartment/s will not be entitled to use the condominium facilities as their rights have been transferred to the lessee.
